Flower Arrangements Returns and Guarantee Policy
We work hard to insure our flowers are always fresh and go through our set company guidelines to insure our flowers are processed and stored properly. If there is an issue with a flower arrangement we want to hear from our customers or recipients within 24 hours of delivery for any type of replacements. We want to also assure our customers that we are providing a quality product to the recipient and that our customers are purchasing a quality product. - For flower arrangement replacements please send us a clear picture of the arrangement by emailing us at eric@everydayflowers.net or send us a text to 714-635-4800.
- If you are unable to provide a picture we will be more then happy to come and pickup the arrangement to inspect it to determine what is problem
- Flower arrangements that appear to be neglected unfortunately will not be replaced
Guidelines for taking care of your flowers
Keep plenty of water in the vase or container. You should be adding water to your vase on the very first day and everyday afterwards to keep the stems submerged under water at all time
If stems are exposed to air they will need to be re-cut before the flower begins to dry from not getting water
Replacing the water on the 3rd or 4th day will also help your flowers last longer. This reduces the amount of bacteria in the container. You can either flush out the existing water by placing your arrangement inside of the sink and overfilling the vase allowing the old water to be pushed out. Once you have done this you should add the packet of flower food to the vase
We don't recommend dumping the water completely out of your vase however if you are experienced with doing this please be mind full of the time your stems are exposed to the air. Our rule of thumb is 30 seconds before you will have to recut the stems.
Balloon Guarantee
Foil Balloons should last up to 5 days in normal weather. If you have a problem with a foil balloon please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Latex Balloons are treated with Hi Float and should last up to 24 hours. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee this since latex balloons are biodegradable and can began to breakdown within hours of being filled.
Latex Balloons are also affected by temperature changes so depending upon where the balloons are kept this can shorten their float time.
Balloons that are delivered and left outside of the door will be left in a plastic bag that will help protect the balloons however we are not able to guarantee a balloon bouquet that is left outside.
Sorry no Refunds of Latex Balloons but we will be more then happy to replace them if we are notified within 1-2 hours of being delivered
